As a new church meeting in Falmouth we have regular Sunday Services where we pray, sing and talk about the teachings of Jesus. We also meet on a Sunday to practically help the local community once a month - refurbishing play areas or painting and cleaning as required by the local community. We meet mid-week as smaller groups to discuss life and the bible and support one another. All are welcome

THE PERCIVAL GUILDHOUSE IS AN INDEPENDENT CENTRE FOR ADULT EDUCATION AND THE ARTS. WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LIFE LONG LEARNING, RUNNING COURSES ON A WIDE RANGE OF SUBJECTS FROM LANGUAGES, ARTS, CRAFTS, HISTORY, AND CREATIVE WRITING.

The Company is established to promote and advance health and well being of the public, particularly people affected by addiction to drugs or alcohol, predominantly through the use of the visual arts.During the year the first project was run and completed working with 10 recovering addicts. Bids for furthrt projects were submiited and were successful with work on the projects commenced.

Strange Cargo is a multi discipline arts company whose core values of access, participation and excellence support a diverse programme of unique projects with social engagement and community development as integral elements. The four main areas of work include award winning public art, gallery projects, training and education projects, and celebratory work.

We work with a wide range of arts and non-art partners, providing opportunities for artists to extend their professional practice, develop new audiences for the visual arts in Somerset and to engage communities that may have little contact with the arts.Through creative activities the arts can benefit a wide range of community needs, facilitating and promoting the value of creativity for all.

Main activities include open access youth sessions, outreach, drop in/sexual health support/holiday programme of challenging/leisure activities, family adventure club, children's arts/crafts/fun/play, indoor/outdoor activity sessions, training YP/adults, fun days/events, sessions to improve health/fitness (all ages), older people's lunch club, dance/exercise for OP, Denton MAGs.

Playwell's aim is to advance the education of children below compulsory school age in a safe environment. Having 3 different size halls and a secure outside area allows a wide range of activities from free play to painting to reading. A computer is allowing children to develop basic skills. Fitness and artistic expression allow the children to develop.

Creating events and exhibitions for the general public with a particular focus on diasporic cultures,to increase understanding and appreciation of those cultures and of contemporary visual art in all itsforms; and facilitating the innovation and diversification of curatorial practice to better present visual arts tothe public, and utilising those developments to better educate and inform.

Art Care Education "Making a difference by enhancing lives through art". In the gallery in Somerton, Somerset we showcase art and craft work from mainly local artists, in our gallery we host changing exhibitions, provide education / workshops for adults and children and provide an outreach programme aimed at improving wellbeing in care homes and community settings.

To promote, advance and improve for the benefit of the public agriculture, horticulture and rural crafts and skills by the demonstration and showing of livestock machinery, crafts, products, methods and processes connected with agriculture and agricultural education by the holding of an annual Show - known as the Ryedale Show.

The principal activity is to promote and encourage ,horticulture, conservation and forestry for the public benefit and to improve and advance them in all branches and in all trades,crafts and professions with them in an exclusively charitable manner.Educational advancement in all the above by granting of bursaries.Promotion of the above to the public by holding of an annual show.

Promote arts education & research, emphasis pre-19th century visual art, projects for advancement of medical research & education into alleviation of suffering from gastro-intestinal disorders benefiting in East Sussex and the London Borough of Haringey & Barnet. Projects for the maint. and improvements of maritime and coastal research and rescue services in East Sx, charitable purposes generally

LITTLE OWLS PRE-SCHOOL PLYMOUTH CIO PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE IN A SAFE AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, FUN WITH LANGUAGE, HEURISTIC PLAY, WOODLAND/FOREST SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, SENSORY ACTIVITIES USING SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT AND VARIOUS OTHER ARTS AND CRAFTS, ROLE PLAY, NUMERACY, LITERACY GAMES AND ACTIVITIES.

Donkey Field pre-school is a pre school run for children aged 2 1/2 to school entry. Our fund-raising events include Summer and Christmas fairs, cake and book sales and sponsored activities. Children participate in varied activities inc painting, reading, drawing, planting flowers, play dough, role play and outside play to name just a few.

We have worked with photographers to develop their photographic skills & curatorial practice. We provide many educational opportunities for the public to experience the art and science of photography. We have made professional literature, and online discussions available as a means of deepening insight into this medium. The charity continues to carry out its remit in working for the public benefit
