Promote and initiate activities for the benefit of local community, living in the North West, without discriminating on the grounds of religion, race, political beliefs, gender or disability. Activities include among others: ESOL classes, Play Scheme, Housing & Benefit advice service, Ladies coffee Morning, Pensioners Club, Lunch Club, One-to-one Computer classes and Translation services.

Our group is called the 'New Horizons' group and organises community activities in the village. We hope to be much more active this coming year in our involvement with village activities.

Organising & conducting social and religious events to gather the community of Malaysian and Singaporean who reside around Merseyside. Conducting welfare visit for unwell elderly members. Provide funeral arrangement and other religious activities for all members.

Character-building (courtesy, team-work, organisation,education , community spirit, skills) via use of members' skate &bmx park and in kind contribution to local town community activities. Activities involving skate/bmx park continued into summer 2013 when the LA reclaimed the area for housing. Trustees and young people are actively seeking new premises.

The Advent Community Association offers luncheon club facilities, which includes craft workshops, trips and holidays, exercise class, health infomation and check-ups, advice, & information on housing and benefits. The organisation also offers intergeneration workshps and seminars, boxing and keep fit training, vocal workshops and regular performing opportunities for young and older people.

The Charity supports activities held at our Centre ranging from After School club to I.T. tuition,credit union, dancing, activities, Keep Fit activities,Genealogy, Birthday parties,Community Events.

The charity was established to promote the benefits of the inhabitants of the area originally bounded by Carr Lane East, Lowerhouse Lane, Storrington Avenue and Stonebridge Lane. In June 2002, this area of benefit was expanded to include all residents within the borders of the Merseyside region. The charities aims are to facilitate the community, our associationÔÇÖs and other peopleÔÇÖs projects.

Hargrave Hall hosts a complex and valuable variety of community groups serving the needs of many different members of the local community. Many of the activities at Hargrave Hall are offered at no or a reduced cost and target specific areas of the local community which have a particular need of specialised services. The purpose of the RCA is to improve the quality of life of the residents of Rudloe and environs by contributing to their social, physical, economic, educational, financial and environmental well being and sense of belonging, and to provide a social hub at the centre of the community

MAINTAIN AMENITY AREA FOR ASHTON.

The charity raises funds for expenditure on behalf of the local village community, to improve facilities available to all residents. Such as green space improvements, park furniture, provision of waste bins etc.

The advancement of citizenship and community development within Moelfre directed towards the support for social and community infrastructure focused on the promotion of civic responsibility and good citizenship, the promotion of volunteering, promoting the community and championing the effective use of charitable resources.

We provide activities for young people in the Thetford area. We are currently running Cooking, Environmental & Craft sessions.

To assist with the settlement in the UK of refugees and asylum seekers from the eastern African region living in Hackney and surroundinds. The activities include Advice, Advocacy, recreation, health promotion, interpreting, and translation.

The charity supports community activities, learrning & education and the environmente.

The charity's activities include hosting local events for the surrounding area and facilitating the use of the Wollaston Village Community Centre for the general public to book out for events and activities.
