Group is providing scouting activities for all ages, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers

Training and education in line with the policy organization and rules of the Scout Association.

We are an Astronomical Society with an observatory and meeting room situated at Beacon Hill, Cleethorpes. Although a members' society, all our activities are open to the general public. We organise talks, sessions for newcomers to astronomy, public observing evenings, Informal meetings and outreach sessions for schools, scouting groups and other organisations.

Maintain and improve the Headquarters building for the use of the Scout and Guide groups.

We have weekly meetings during term time for children between the ages of 6 years and 15 years. We also run 2 or 3 camps per year, and the children also take part in competitions set by the District Scout Group.

Scout Association Activities for both boys and girls, beavers, cubs, scouts, explorers, network and adult

Provides activities for young people from 5 to 14 years old all linked to the scouting movement.

to hold manage and be responsible for all land, investments and monies held in the name of the Bolton Scout Trust for the general purposes of Scouting within the boundaries of the County Borough of Bolton prior to April 1974.

Scouting - Running activities for young people from 6 to 25 and giving them skills for life

The 3rd Gainsborough Scout Group operates to the Scout Associations Policy Organisation and Rules. This allows the Group to provide spiritual and educational support to young people. The Leaders in the Group all undertake training based on the Scout Association rules and are all CRB checked.

SCOUTING

To make grants to individuals and organisations including schools, scouts, hospice and other charities etc and support individuals with special needs, poverty or health problems.

Mainly scout activities e.g camping, games, outdoor activities, learning skills etc. Occassional, fund raising activities e.g jumble sale, supermarket packing etc.These funds are used to buy equipment for the group.

To encourage the physical, mental and spiritual development of young people so that they may take a constructive place in society.

SCOUT GROUP

The purpose of Scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

The support by financial and other means the Scout and Guide movements in the Hallingbury villages in Essex.

THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION PROVIDES ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 6-25. THE INTENT IS TO BUILD AND AWARENESS OF RISK, TEAM SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FUTURE.

The 5th Berwick Scout Group caters for young people from all sexes and creeds in the Berwick area.We are part of the national Scouting organisation and we provide activities which educate and enhance a childs skills in dealing with the outside world.We offer a community facility and encourage as wide a range of community groups as possible to share the facilities at minimum cost.

The Charity operates a hall for the use of scouts and brownies and other organisations.
