Waltham Forest Lions Club is part of Multiple District 105 which covers the UK. As a Lions Clubs our purpose is to "serve local communities" and Lions principles to which the clubs compulsory adhere include "acting to benefit the public interest".

Hayle & District Lions Club is a service organisation that fund raises in order to make donations to individuals and organisations in the local area, nationally & internationally. Fund raising at events such as Fun Day, quizzes, auctions etc in the Hayle area. The Club also provides service to the community in various ways such as marshalling at events and with a Santa sleigh at Christmas .

The Rotary Club of Stowmarket Gipping Valley offers financial and practical help to people and organisations both locally and internationally. Major current projects include: in Suffolk, free smoke alarms for elderly and vulnerable people; and internationally, Support for Rotary International and loans for small entrepreneurs.
