The core purpose of the group is to benefit the health and well-being of people with disabilities in East Devon through the delivery of effective and life enhancing therapy, the opportunity to learn new skills and achieve personal goals and ambitions. It also provides the chance to enjoy taking part in a social activity with other people with disabilites and our volunteers.

We provide social facilities for elderly people and such things as a social club, outings, holidays, lunches, trips to places of interest are included.

Provision of education, leisure and social activities for the villagers and their families and friends

St Paul's School Association organises events to raise funds to provide/assist in providing facilities/activities for advancing the education and providing recreation for the pupils of St Paul's School, Wokingham. It also organises/provides assistance with social activities for the children and parents of the school.

Monies raised are used for large projects such as regenerating play areas, replacing equipment and for smaller projects like funding educational visit and providing fun items for playtime.

Heritage Opera's aims are: to provide professional opera to audiences neglected by other companies; to further the education of recent opera graduates by employing them as Young Artists, to give them valuable hands-on experience of the industry; to run outreach programmes, identifying communities & social groups neglected by other companies, and to provide performance/workshop experience for them.

The Brizen charity's main objective is to provide a base for young people between the ages of 8 to 19, for them to enjoy social activities both internally & externally.
