For the public benefit within the area of Belford and Middleton and surrounding areas with the following objectives:-provision of recreational facilities for the public at large, the relief of financial hardship by recycling, advance public education in local heritage and culture, raise public appreciation of arts and crafts, protect the environment and to further other charitable purposes.
