Relief of the needs of people who have been diagnosed with PMS and their families in the UK and Ireland ? in particular, but not exclusively, by providing support, family days, information, financial grants for different therapies for the person with the syndrome and research endorsed by the international Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation

We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs who are in need of care. We have a no destruction policy and never put a healthy dog to sleep. Full assessment is completed whilst the dogs are in our care to ensure that when rehomed they can be matched to the right family. We will then offer life time advice, support, and rescue back up to the dogs which we have rehomed.

The church provides financial support for christian workers, in addition to its own pastor, in both the UK and in a number of overseas countries.Financial and practical support is also allocated to the care of families and children, and to the disadvantaged as well as relief for those affected by disasters.This is done through appropriate agencies.Spiritual help is offered throughout

Sarah's Star supports people living with incurable and palliative illnesses, as well as their families and health professionals in North East England. We provide a wide range of holistic therapies including meditation, massage, reiki, creative therapies, pilates and yoga. We also host death cafes and talks to normalise the conversation around palliative and end of life care.
