GUIDING ACTIVITIES FOR GIRLS AGED 5 TO 25

The Guide Association is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK.We provide space for girls and young women to be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships and gain valuable life skills.We build girls' confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good.

At Arise and Glow Supplementary School, we provide a first class educational support for boys and girls from the ages of 4 to 16. In a structured out of School environment that develop our pupils capabilities, competences and skills. We promote the academic, moral and physical development of our pupils through our academic curriculum, pastoral care, sporting and other activities.

Various activities/events are arranged to raise funds for the benefit of Woodford County High School for Girls as well as accepting donations. We do not support any other needs outside the school.

Scouting for boys and girls aged 6-25. The group also has a marching band and membership is open to any Scout or Guide (not just our group or district).Adults over 18 run the sections and/or can be members of the band.

We run two Beaver Colonies, two Cub Packs and one Scout Troop for boys and girls.

The trust exists to support the work of Southwark Cathedral by funding outreach and mission work in the parish and wider Diocese of Southwark, providing ongoing funding for the Cathedral's three choirs (boys, girls and young adults) and to meet the costs of a major programme of refurbishment of the Cathedral Church.

To provide financial assistance to boys and girls resident in the parishes of Fyfield Willingale or High Ongar or who have attended Dr Walker's School for a minimum of two years and who are in the opinion of the Trustees in need of financial assistance and to provide benefits to Dr Walker's School Fyfield of a kind not normally provided by the Local Education Authority.
