Our aims are to provide support, information and help to all men with prostate cancer, their families and carers and was formed so that they can meet together to find out more about their illness and what treatment or support is available to them. ESPCSG is run entirely by volunteers and operates from the NHS Hospital Trust, Ipswich, for all prostate cancer patents in their catchment area.

Male Voice Choir

Community use of facilities in new pavilion. Provide bowls for male and females. No upper age limit. Looking to promote junior section from 11 up to 18.

To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in the appreciation of the art and science of choral music in all its aspects by the presentation of public choral concerts and by such other ways as the members, through the trustees, shall determine from time to time.

We facilitate our members to socialise and take part in making wooden items ie wooden benches etc, from reclaimed/recycled materials. We also repair items for the local community. With the skills of our membership and using tools and machinery donated by members or purchased with proceeds from donations. We are currently located in a former church hall which we rent.

We give men the opportunity to talk to others who have been through the experience of diagnosis and treatment for prostate cancer, encourage men with cancer or symptoms of prostate disease to become better informed and able to discuss and make decisions about their treatment, and work with other agencies to improve awareness, education, diagnosis, therapy and support for men with prostate cancer.

To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all it's aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Choir through its committee shall determine from time to time. Also supporting any other charitable purpose in any manner approved by law.

Men's shed provides a safe space for men to meet as a support group and carry out practical activities such as woodwork, metalwork, repairs, recycling, repurposing, up cycling and refurbishment. it aims to encourage physical and mental health well being benefits and reduce isolation and loneliness.

Our core activities are snooker and pool that is available to our members 6 days per week. Other activities include sports and activities, on our playing fields and family fun days for the community. A meeting room, classroom and grounds are available for use to any group. A Men in Sheds project was set up in 2020, using the facilities available for gardening and hobby pursuits.

We operate a workshop environment for men who suffer from isolation or loneliness issues by offering friendship and support. We interact with other local charities providing help and support. The SHED has developed into a full joinery workshop where we work together offering a tool renovation and sharpening service. We make items for sale in our showroom and at various locations in the area.

The Cancer Club is dedicated to bringing men with advanced stage cancers together to enhance their wellbeing. Our mission is to get men talking through an online community and by taking them to a variety of sporting events where they can connect over common experiences and gain emotional support from others "in the same boat".

Our Primary purpose is to create a space in which members can meet to work on individual or community projects for the betterment of the local community; whilst forming connections and offering peer support to one another, shoulder to shoulder.

The Frome Shed offers a work space where people from Frome and the surrounding area work on practical projects with others. The space is equipped with tools & materials donated by the public or local businesses. The club is run by members who decide when they come & what they do. We undertake projects, acceptable to the group, which benefit individuals, other groups & the broader community.

To promote social inclusion for the public benefit of men, living in Uckfield and the surrounding area, in particular, but not exclusively, older men, preventing them from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society through the provision of premises in which men can meet and undertake activities.

The Over Fifties Youth Club is a Charity giving men of an older age a place to meet to do light to medium Exercise with men of a similar age, it also engages in social days and evenings out, Giving the members a place of Friendship and a sense of Belonging to help with Wellbeing and Mental Stability.
