MOTHER AND CHILD GROUP

An educational foundation, established in 1893, to promote the education of those under the age of 25 whose parents are resident in the village of Priors Marston.

Provide information and awareness training about dyslexia to adults, parents, teachers and employers.Run a helpline and Befriender Sessions for adult dyslexics and parents needing information about support available in schools.Facilitate Saturday Schools in West Cumbria and Carlisle which provide specialist tuition for dyslexic children.Hold open meetings for the public and our members.

We are a PTA associated with Stubbins School. We raise funds through various activites and use the money to provide extra things for the children that wouldn't otherwise be provided.

Parents & toddler club, fitness classes, classical Indian music. Welbeing groups. Neighbourhood watch meetings, childrens dance class

To provide fund raising income for the Hillside Special School and buy equipment etc as required by the school.

To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups

To provide recreational and other leisure time activities for children and other inhabitants of Pennsylvania, Exeter, and its immediate surroundings, in the interests of social welfare. Also to advance the education of children below compulsory school age, by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for group play, in which parents can participate when appropriate.

Invite guest speakers for parents. Provide training for teachers/teaching assistants. Offer support to parents/teachers/dyslexics.

Provides finance to parents of school leavers of Veryan C of E School to help buy school uniforms for the secondary school.

The charities of Treplett and others operate only in the town of Highworth and the nearby parish of South Marston. The charities aims are to promote the education of persons under 25 years of age who, or at least one of whose parents, are resident in the above area; and also to provide, for schools in the above area, benefits of a kind not normally provided by the local authority.

Parent and Toddler Group

We hold family and community events and raise money for the school and students.

To support organisations, especially in India, which provide education for very poor children, often those who live in slums, whose parents are illiterate and who are not yet integrated into the state education system. When they are enrolled in a school extra help is also provided to try to prevent them dropping out at an early age.

We operate as Beckingham ParentsTeachers and Friends Association - we are a group of parents, relatives (& staff) who organise fund raising events within the school, for the benefit of the school.
