The purpose of the charity is to maintain and enhance the campsite for use by local guiding units. We work in the West Bank along side Palestinians. Our main activities are planting, mainly olive and grape trees. We work with women's co-operatives, helping them set up businesses and we provide play and educational equipment for children. All trustees self fund on the trips. All money raised is spent on projects on the ground in Palestine.

The five queen's cottages provide accommodation for those in need, hardship or distress, with a connection to Heacham. Priority is given to aged single ladies or if no suitable applicants, gentlemen in need hardship or distress with a strong link to Heacham.
