Facilities are fully utilised 7 days a week, with over 400 young people regularly attending from the surrounding area.

An independent community run Pre-school providing a wide range of activities suited to 3 to 4 year olds. The Pre-school welcomes children from all cultures and endeavours to provide for children with special needs. Operates with Ofsted approved qualified staff who are volunteers.

A mother and child group where mothers and children under the age of school can gather for a morning enabling adults and children to interact

Hold fundraising events to raise money for things not covered in the general expenditure of the school, such as renewal of outdoor play equipment.

Provides day care for young pre school age children

support to children from Longworth and those attending Longworth School and Pre-school. Monies given for education related activities.

Allocate small grants to those living within the village of Horspath for the following heating-nursery fees-shoes-school outings-books for study purposes.

PLAY AND ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

ALL SAINTS NURSERY AT WINFARTHING VILLAGE HALL OPERATES 6 PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION SESSIONS PER WEEK DURING NORFOLK SCHOOL TERM TIME. THE NURSERY HAS CLOSE LINKS WITH THE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE VILLAGE AND SESSIONS ARE OPEN TO FAMILIES IN AND AROUND WINFARTHING. WE ARE REGISTERED WITH OFSTED TO ACCEPT CHILDREN FROM AGE 2 AND IN MARCH 2009 WE WERE AWARDED A RATING OF 'GOOD'. NURSERY GRANT IS WELCOMED.

Giving grants to young mothers to assist with their young childrens needs. e.g stair gates, shoes, high chairs

MOTHER AND TODDLER GROUP

OUR CHARITY PROVIDES PLAY TIME SESSIONS FOR PARENTS, INFANTS AND TODDLERS THAT AID IN THE DEVELOPEMENT OF THAT CHILDREN THROUGH PLAY, CRAFTS AND MUSIC; AS WELL AS GIVING PARENTS A PLACE TO SOCIALISE WITH OTHER PARENTS OF CHILDREN OF A SIMILAR AGE. WE HAVE PLANNED DAY TRIPS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT ARE BENEFICIAL TO ALL.

Senior citizens group. Playscheme, dancing, keep fit, bingo club, mother & toddler group, karate, bowling, tenants, residents, arts & craft, disability group.

Special Needs School for 192 full time pupils, plus a nursery with 13 part time pupils, with severe and profound learning difficulties and disabilities. Catchment area of Redcar/Marske/Dormanstown/Grangetown/Eston/South Bank/Normanby in the Borough of Redcar & Cleveland.

Where parents, carers, grandparents, child minders can bring babies and toddlers. The group encourages social play with toys, singing, crafts and lots more. Snack is provided for the children who all sit together with their adults and enjoy each others company. A valuable place for adults to find friends too. Please note, Children are to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times

The charity works with children and young people in the area providing at least two themed workshops throughout the year for them to attend. Equipment is also bought for under an under five group that meets regularly. Where appropriate funding may be given to adults for training.
