Sandwell Young Carers is a registered charity set up to identify and support children and young people aged 5-18 years of age whose health, education and social lives are affected as a result of caring for a dependent family member.The organisation offers one to one and group support along with onsite youth and play sessions and offsite day trips to give young carers a break.
