BLF brings over 30 years experience of like minded people working to improve health and education conditions in remote areas in Sierra Leone. Our aim is to provide and improve FREE Quality Medical Care to the needy. Sponsoring Education leading to long term healthcare independence, self sufficiency and self-supportive structure. Raise standards of sanitation, hygiene and access to clean water.
