Byrness village hall provides recreation facilities for people in the area. There are weekly craft groups of card making and patchwork/quilting.Throughout the year there are social events for both children and adults eg halloween party, new years eve.The hall is also available for hire by private groups and is used by the parish council, whist groups , church groups etc.
