Provides rescue rehabilitation and rehoming for stray, feral and unwanted cats.Cat Welfare also provides financial assistance to members of the public on low incomes via its subsidized neutering program. We offer non veterinary help and advise to the public re cat care and were possible seek to promoote responsible pet ownership.
