The charity's mission is to provide a high quality, professionally-run service, utilising the skills of staff and volunteers to progress people out of the trap of destitution swiftly, comprehensively and lastingly; to promote the relief of poverty, sickness and distress among persons in need, including those not catered for by existing statutory or voluntary services within the United Kingdom.
