The main activity of New Fellowship CIO is the running of Arbury Community Church, Cambridge. We support local and overseas Christian projects and make grants to individuals and organisations in keeping with our objects.

MAKE GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS AND ACTIVITIES CLOSELY IN SYMPATHY OR RUN BUY THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS (QUAKERS),PARTICULARLY THOSE WHICH BENEFIT PEOPLE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE A NEED OF EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND WHERE THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND DEVELOP MENTAL PHISICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES

The provision of grants or donations primarily, but not exclusively, in Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties, but also throughout England, to charities and organisations working to further our charitable purposes which are the relief of need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage.

To provide grants of financial assistance to children and young people in sub-Saharan Africa to enable them to undertake further education or vocational training. To provide financial assistance to children and young people in the UK to help them gain access to more educational and social opportunities.

The Seedsowing network collects funds from donors in the UK and receives grants to support the education and welfare of disadvantaged children in Kenya. The work is focused on former pupils of the school Mahali pa Watoto which closed in October 2024 who are in vocational education as Nurses and some former pupils in Higher Education

The Charity makes loans and grants to Congregational Churches in the NW England and any other good causes who may apply to the charity for the advancement of the Christian Faith in partnership with those Churches

Grant-making and for general charitable purposes

The trustees will look to fund: 1. Grants to charities, individuals and groups in the UK and internationally to relieve poverty and hardship. These will include running costs such as staff salaries and overheads. 2. The promotion of the Christian gospel by a variety of means. 3. Grants for the purposes of relieving sickness and promoting good, particularly in underdeveloped nations.

Provision of welfare activities to the elderly, undertaking of activities supporting young people and other organisations who undertake activities in line with Lions grant making policies

To help children and young adults aged 18 and below who are from deprived backgrounds and/or who are mentally and/or physically disabled to enjoy a better quality of life by making grants of money for providing or paying for items, services or facilities.

The charity makes grants to registered charities and research bodies and undertakes research itself in accordance with the charity's constitution.

Makes Grants to individuals and other organisations

Provides grants for amenities to housing schemes belonging to English Churches Housing Group or for Baptist ministers or missionaries and their widows or widowers living in residential accommodation provided by a charitable organisation connected with the Baptist Union of Great Britain or with BMS World Mission

The Nonesuch Rowing Foundation supports participation in the amateur sport of rowing for students at the University of Bristol and members of Bristol's community. The charity achieves this by providing individual grants to students from low-income backgrounds and by providing club grants to the University of Bristol Boat Club for the purchase of boats and equipment.

The promotion of healthy recreation and sports for children and young adults up to the age of 21 years old in Wiltshire and the neighbouring counties, by making grants and awards to individuals, community clubs and organisations.

The Charity advances the education of members by providing grants and bursaries to further their nursing education in their areas of practice, as well as providing grants to undertake research.The Charity provides a professional network for members.The Charity also provides grants, items and services for members in need and suffering financial hardship.

The charity makes grants to support the educational work of Bnos Yehudis in Israel.

The trust provides grants not normally exceeding ?300 to persons resident in Bournemouth and the County of Dorset who in the opinion of the trustees are in reduced and necessitous circumstances and the need is not provided for through state funding.

Grants to charities

BIOS UK Associates raises funds to support the research and education programmes at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences. The research encompasses all areas of oceanography, from macro climate studies to microscopic genetic studies. The UK Associates make grants to exceptional UK students who wish to study at BIOS in Bermuda, in a range of different academic programme options.

The charity makes grants to the Christian Evangelical Baptist Church in Varna, Bulgaria, to assist them in providing meals for the poor & elderly, church services, children's & young people's work, cultural events, lectures, classes and health clinics. Through the church, the charity also supports homes for children with special needs.

The objects of the charity incorporate the following:1) The relief of financial hardship among farmers in Devon2) The advancement of education of the public in agriculture (in Devon) by the provision of grants, including grants to promote research and to publish or otherwise disseminate the useful results of such research
