The Rees Jeffreys Road Fund is a grant making charity, founded by William Rees Jeffreys, a lifelong campaigner for roads. Its three main activities are the provision of support for academic posts and studentships; contributions to physical projects on land adjoining highways: and support for highway-related research projects.

The Trustees DO NOT accept unsolicited requests.The Trustees support a wide variety of UK and worldwide charitable causes. In furtherance of the objects, the Trustees make a substantial number of grants to charitable organisations both on a one off and recurring basis.

The trust makes grants for a small number of charitable purposes selected by the trustees. Speculative grant applications are unlikely to be funded at present.

It is the policy of the Trust to make grants to institutions and individuals inaccordance with the objects of the Trust for charitable causes from fundsavailable for distribution.

To apply the income resources of the trust by making grants for the benefit of one or more charitable institutions or individuals, including but not restricted to people with a disability or special needs, education, training or for such other charitable purposes at the trustees discretion.

During the year the organisation endeavoured to provide funds for such charitable causes that would further the objects of the purposes for which the charity was set up.Grants were made directly to support various causes that assist childrens health and education and community centres that help the elderly.
