The Friends of Salisbury Cathedral exists to support the Dean & Chapter of Salisbury Cathedral, through its objects in the constitution. To do this we collect members subscriptions, receive donations, bequests and legacies and offer grants to the Cathedral. We come together in a common fellowship of loyalty and devotion to care for the Cathedral.

The Rees Jeffreys Road Fund is a grant making charity, founded by William Rees Jeffreys, a lifelong campaigner for roads. Its three main activities are the provision of support for academic posts and studentships; contributions to physical projects on land adjoining highways: and support for highway-related research projects.

The Peter Cruddas Foundation's main activity is to help young disadvantaged and disengaged young people in England and Wales achieve more. The object of the Charity is to support the relief of such persons in need by virtue of sickness, poor health or financial hardship who are serving or have served in the Regiment or the Former Regiments or the Former Disbanded Regiment or the children or dependants (whether or not remarried) of such persons (whether alive or dead) by; making grants of money to them; or providing services.

The Lions Foundation serves the local community as well as helping people internationally. Their work with people who are elderly, disabled and/or disadvantaged, benefits not only those who are helped, but also the wider community by making communities in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset & Somerset better places to live and work. They also make grants to some national and international appeals.

The charity supports people living in its area of benefit, The Ancient Parish of Rotherhithe - Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays in the London Borough of Southwark - that are in need, through the provision of charitable grants to organisations and to individuals.
