The principal objective of the charity is to promote the benefit of the community, particularly but not exclusively persons of Irish descent within the London Borough of Lewisham. To this end we provide premises, staff and volunteers for the following services:Advice and Advocacy services, Children and youth services , volunteer programme , clubs, classes and social events.

We award grants to UK-based organisations which further our charitable objectives. We support grassroots initiatives that promote social action, environmental action & sustainability, peace & reconciliation and Quaker work & witness. To preserve and advance public education in the appreciation of English and Multicultural folk dance, song and music and to promote the knowledge and practice of English and Multicultural folk dance, song and music by means of dances, classes, lectures, demonstrations and other like methods, in the town of Broadstairs and St Peters and the neighbouring towns and villages.

Provides Independent Living services to disabled Londoners aged 16+. ADVOCACY-supporting disabled person to obtain his/her rights. VOLUNTEERING-supports disabled people with befriending, escorting etc. TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT-train disabled people as advocates. Production of e-news to aid employability of disabled people. ACTIVE LIFESTYLE-volunteers support disabled people with sport activities.

The DFN Foundation is a grant-making charity that combines funding and strategic support to initiate positive change across four key areas, disability education, disability employment, myeloma cancer research and conservation

Objects of the charity are to carry out the wishes of Arthur Zimmermann's bequest of his estate through the provision of grants to the Hereford Cathedral School.

Sistah Space advocate for African heritage women and girls of African and Caribbean heritage affected by abuse. We offer one to one or group supportWe attend court, housing and other relevant agencies where support might be required. In selecting charities for support, we seek to identify those which have objectives we wish to support and where our donations can make an identifiable contribution in helping them to achieve their objectives. The Charity frequently makes donations to charities alongside funding raised by the activities of members of Norton Rose Group staff.

The charity makes grants to other charities and voluntary bodies. The principal aim is to provide funds for an emergency ambulance service in Barnet, Enfield and Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Our aim is the advancement of health and to save lives.

To advance the education of the public by the promotion and support of the charitable activities of Beamish the North of England Open Air Museum. In furtherance of these objects the Friends undertake restoration work, and generally encourage interest in the history of the region and the work of the Museum. In 2008 the Friends contributed approximately 8,500 volunteer hours in these activities.

To promote the education of people of all ages around the world including awarding grants and scholarships, the prevention and relief of poverty by providing loans and grants to individuals and organisations, advancing the Orthodox Jewish religion in accordance with the Shulchan Aruch ( Code of Jewish Law), protecting the physical and mental health of the sufferers of any medical condition.
