Just Fair is a civil society organisation working towards incorporating economic, social & cultural rights (ESCR) into domestic law, and holding the UK Government to account on their rights obligations. We are working for these rights to be better respected, protected and fulfilled.Activities: research, campaigns and advocacy, work in local communities, communications and raising awareness.

A volunteer-powered charity that stops good food from being wasted and promotes food waste reduction for environmental and social good. We collect surplus food from shops, manufacturers and farms and share it with community groups. In 2021-22, we rescued 175 tonnes of food, mitigating more than 451 tonnes of greenhouse gases and saving our community partners more than 40% of their food budget.

New Europeans Association Ltd (New Europeans UK) is a UK charity which informs, educates and empowers EU citizens in the UK and Britons in Europe by providing advice, campaigning and conducting research as well as by building the capacity of community organisations to meet the needs of EU citizens. We also act as the secretariat of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Citizens Rights.

Bringing together political thinkers and entrepreneurial and cultural thought leaders and the public to discuss and debate public policy ideas in environments that are conducive to open minded, collaborative and civil dialogue, such as public festivals, summits and citizens assemblies;

St James Church,Hemingford Grey responds to the call of Christ to serve God and extend his kingdom.As part of the Church of England,we meet to worship providing opportunities for fellowship & Christian teaching. We use our Parish Centre to provide a village hall facility and coffee shop as a service to the community. Ten percent of donations go to support Christian ministry/aid work worldwide.

Grant making for the advancement of education

The Foundation is a grant making charity. Its grant making activity will primarily focus on making grants to charities registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales for the purposes of assisting disadvantaged young people and adults (both in the UK and worldwide).

Grant making

To advance the education of the public, particularly young people and their families, about all matters relating to drugs, alcohol and other substance misuse. To relieve sickness and distress amongst persons who are dependent on drugs or alcohol by supporting their rehabilitation. To preserve the good mental health of their relatives and carers by the provision of information and support.

The trust operates the museum and shop with the help of volunteers, organising exhibitions, education and community activities in the museum and function rooms. It undertakes its responsibilities as landlord and fundraises in order to maintain the buildings and promote its other activities.

MRN aims to strengthen the voice of migrants in discussion and debates, both within civil society and with regional and national authorities. Bearing this in mind, we conduct research and projects to enable migrant community organisations to engage with key legislative and policy issues.

To advance public education in the history of British airfields by the establishment and support of museums, the preservation of the historical details and records of airfields, the erection of memorials at sites of National and historical importance and promote research for the public benefit. To further such other exclusively charitable objects as the Trustees determine from time to time.

Shepway CAB aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the local community, influence on development of social policies and ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or inability to express their needs properly. In addition to general advice specialist advice is provided for welfare benefit, debt provision and housing possession.
