NEP's aims are to;advance the education of the public concerning energy efficiency including the alleviation of fuel poverty, andprotect the environment and public health through the provision and use of energy in ways that reduce harmful emissions and in so doing create new jobs in the energy efficiency sector.

Making grants to those institutions falling within the charities objects

The principal objectives of the Charity are to open Parham to the public and maintain the historic Elizabethan House, its contents and surrounding parkland, woodlands and farmland amounting to approx 900 acres. Ancillary to the main activities of the Charity, other activities are undertaken e.g. catering room, house & garden shop, events and educational courses appropriate for this environment.

The Foundation aims to provide grants towards: relieving poverty, especially in urban areas; advancing and improving education, particularly for disadvantaged women and children in impoverished areas; and various other charitable endeavours at the discretion of the trustees.

To provide a generalist advice service to the population of the district of The Forest of Dean, ensuring that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, or of the needs of services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively and to exercise a responsible influence on the development of Social Policy.

Carers Choices is a specialist charity supporting unpaid carers and the people they care for. We provide practical and emotional support through our advocacy, groups and services including respite breaks and day centre.

The Society's principal activities are to support people with a visual impairment by providing community care and rehabilitation, residential care and housing, talking newspapers and general advice and guidance.

Advancement of the education of the public by: 1) Offering courses of instruction to the public that will promote the mental and creative development of the individual, including Transcendental Meditation and related advanced techniques. 2) Establishing, conducting and maintaining an institution of further education and additional educational facilities. 3) Making grants to other charities.

Charity Link administers grants on behalf of other charities for individuals in need in Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire. People suffering poverty or hardship are referred to us for help. We seek out and apply to other charities on service users' behalf and distribute any grants raised. We also provide administration services to other grant making charities.

We are a charity based in Woking, Surrey, using a trauma-informed, needs-led approach to support and empower survivors of domestic abuse. We provide a domestic abuse helpline, a community-based outreach service for survivors living or working in North West Surrey, the specialist male survivor service for Surrey, two refuges for survivors and their children, and a specialist children's service.

Making grants to organisations and individuals in furtherance of the charity's objects

The Foundation's main activity is to make grants for charitable purposes. The primary focus of its grant making activities is the advancement of environmental protection and improvement. The Foundation does not seek applications for grants and will generally not make grants in response to unsolicited applications received.

Provide advice and support at two Bureau offices and outreach services through face to face interviews, written correspondenc, telephone advice, email, via a video link on benefit, debt, housing, consumer, employment, education, immigration, family, legal and local issues.

We will be the main contact for Carers' in East Kent, providing emotional support, information advice and guidance, training, advocacy and forums. We will work to promote the needs of Carers to Statutory Agencies, Voluntary Organisations and the wider public.

Citizens Advice West Northants and Cherwell provides advice, information and assistance on a wide range of issues including debt, benefits, employment, housing, consumer and family problems. Citizens Advice West Northants and Cherwell serves the areas of West Northamptonshire and North Oxfordshire.

The Charity Finance Group aims to provide information, training, conferences and networking opportunities to finance professionals in the voluntary sector. To lobby and campaign and promote best practice on behalf of finance professionals in the sector.

The Vardy Foundation was established to make grants and provide support to a range of charitable causes.

The Borrow Foundation is a grant making organisation, committed to the improvement of oral health, primarily in children, through the prevention of oral diseases. The work we support reaches many parts of the world, with the focus being firmly on population oral health and the need to reduce inequalities, within and between countries.

Ataxia UK supports people affected by ataxia by;funding medical and other research and thereafter disseminating results, providing information on ataxia to people with ataxia and also medical and social care professionals, distribution of welfare grants, campaigning for improvement in treatment and services, facilitating self-help groups and piloting new service delivery models
