The aim of AMTECS is to operate in or near coastal or aquatic environments where there is no local or governmental support, to provide education, training and physical support for those operating and living, thereby improving their continued health, safety and well-being. Providing Medical assistance training, equipment, education and conservation to improve their quality of life and stay safe.

The advancement of religion and to advance education for the public benefit through the promotion of Syriac studies including promoting the study of the Syriac Language and Syriac Christianity, in particular but not exclusively by making grants to support students studying the Syriac Language and Theology at the university of Salzburg, Austria
