We collect used Prosthetic Limbs that can not be reused in this country, they are sorted, stripped and sanitised in readiness to be shipped to disadvantaged countries that have a need for used prostheses and their component parts.

We tackle poverty through immediate aid and sustainable development. In disaster stricken regions, we provide essential relief, while also investing in long-term projects that promote community resilience and economic growth. Our hospital offers critical healthcare services to vulnerable individuals, improving overall health outcomes. Additionally, we distribute food packs annually.

The Piers Simon Appeal runs School in a Bag (SIAB) - an initiative that distributes rucksacks filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils to poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster affected children around the world.SIAB runs many events including Home Farm Fest, a 3 day music festival held at the charity HQ in SomersetThe charity has 4 employees and 2 part time volunteers
