THE AREAS AND PRIORITIES FOR WHICH PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE ARE CLEARLY DEFINED.IF ADDITIONAL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE, THE FOUR OTHER NEIGHBOURING CHURCHES MAY APPLY FOR GRANTS AS DEFINED IN THE SCHEME.
