This mental health initiative empowers teens with emotional resilience and self-regulation skills. By providing coaching from qualified professionals, the project aims to prevent mental health challenges and foster successful adulthood

The Charity runs a library in Friern Barnet , in the London Borough of Barnet. The library is also used for childrens' activity groups and adult community activities.

We provide children with dyslexia and other literacy difficulties, specialist literacy tuition, taught by qualified dyslexia teachers. We work in schools in North West London and the surrounding areas. Our aim is to ensure children develop their reading ability so that they can access the curriculum, through fun, multi-sensory lessons.

A free Saturday School for 250 pupils from 5 years to 15 years delivering a multi faith, value based spiritual programme. Sai Citizens programme was launched in December 2003 encouraging all pupils to work with local charities and organisations. Sai School youth wing is actively working with disadvantaged children and making a difference to the local community.

The charity raises funds to provide grants and interest free loans to members of the Federation of Zionist Youth participating in the movements year course programmes in Israel and educational activities in the UK.
