We provide financial & emotional support as well as practical advice & updates on research innovations, promote and fund research & education for medical professionals.

The OMC works:1. on high-level academic research into achieving psychological balance through mindfulness (as recommended, e.g. by NICE for depression); 2. on academically rigorous application of those practices in therapy, CPD etc;3. on training others to research and apply those practices; and specifically4. on promoting and administering such activity in Oxford University.

The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of advancement of Orthodox Jewish religious education, the relief of poverty sickness and infirmity among members of the Jewish faith and advancement of such other objects as are charitable according to English Law.

The trust promotes its aims with the co-operation of UK charities such as The Jain Network, Jain Samaj Europe, Jain Sangha of Europe, Ahimsa for Quality of Life, Jain Academy, World Council of Jain Academies and interfaith organisations. Inspiring Girls is dedicated to raising the aspirations of girls around the world by connecting them with female role models. We facilitate volunteers going into schools or attending specific speed-networking events to talk to girls about their life, career, choices and experiences. We also manage an online video library where girls can find interviews of volunteers talking about their careers.

The Organisations objectives and activities contribute to public benefit through a grant-making programme exclusively for charitable purposes. Donors may suggest to the Trustees how their donation might be distributed to organisations carrying out charitable activities anywhere in the world.
