The trust was established to protect and care for Heaton Woods for the benefit of present and future generations. Over a period of time land has been acquired until today an area of forty acres is managed by the trust. A mixture of habitats exist, including ancient woodland, plantation woodland, meadows and ponds.

We raise funds for much needed school resources to improve the education of all pupils, not otherwise available in the school budget. We do this by running raffles and hosting events where we can get people involved in donating to the school.

We give grants to individuals and organisations including children, elderly people and other charities for general charitable purposes and religious activities.

Fund raising for Holy Trinity Church, Queensbury, especially in respect of the fabric of the building.

PROVIDE LOCALLY BASED CHRISTIAN SUPPORT IN HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUBS THROUGH FRIENDSHIP AND MAINTAINING LINKS WITH LOCAL CHURCHES.

This charity consists of a group of volunteers that are restoring a Victorian cemetery by repairing graves, making safe access to individual graves, planting flowers and providing a welcoming and peaceful place for the public to enjoy. The cemetery is in the village of Eccleshill, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Bradford Central Lions club CIO operate in the city of Bradford. They raise funds through various activities at Galas and static collections. The funds are used in our district to help the elderly, youth groups and those in need in the area. We also donate towards international projects through Lions clubs International Foundation.

To develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically socially disadvantaged community of Marshfield, Odsal, Bankfoot in the city of Bradford in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society. Provide Well Being and healthy living programs for the elderly community.

Donations received from members and grants made where deemed appropriate

The Yorkshire Indian Society through its members organize large scale banquet dinners annually to raise funds to help allow the Charitable Trust to meet its objectives. This involves getting together local Yorkshire and Indian-based residents and support and sponsorship from businesses to help make the event highly successful. An attendance of over 500 people from various backgrounds is the norm.

The Society organises an annual Music Festival of mostly competitive classes held in 3 or 4 venues in the seaside town of Hornsea over a period of either 3 or 4 days. It is held during the first week of July. Fund raising social events such as Coffee Mornings and Garden Parties may be held at other times throughout the year.

The provision and maintenance of Oxenhope Millennium Village Green for the benefit of all living or employed in the parish of Oxenhope

Friends of Ilkley Riverside Parks (FOIRP) work in partnership with Bradford Council. We plan Park improvements and seek to raise the necessary funding to achieve these improvements. In addition, FOIRP organise regular Work Parties throughout the year to ensure all the essential maintenance work required is carried out, where the Council no longer have the resources to ensure these are done.

Provides charitable grants to the needy in the Parish of Baildon

We comment on planning both policy and cases, run heritage walks, a blue plaques scheme, meetings programme, website, newsletter, project work, support to other groups, manage a digital archive and undertake local history research.

Training and advising drivers to improve road safety.

To promote the development of psychoanalytic psychotherapy in Yorkshire by: Offering bursaries to trainees. Promoting educational & public events & colloborating with other organisations eg Opera North, Northern School of Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy.

To maintain and to improve the Hall Cliffe Community Garden for all to enjoy.
