Off The Ropes aims to improve the physical health of children and adults under mental health services or at risk of being referred to primary or secondary health services in London and Kent. Qualified boxing and health professionals engage with individuals and focus on improving and managing participants mental health symptoms using a fully integrated approach

During the year the building was used by many of our members to facilitate birthday and funeral receptions, amongst others; and by various community groups to facilitate theatre practice, accounts training and Quadrille dancing; and variously for the social entertainment of our members, particularly our seniors. Cricket, dominoes and senior outings were also facilitated by the organisation.

Advancement of religious and other charitable work carried out. This includes parish work, care for the elderly, support of missions and other pastoral work.

All activites are for the benefit of older people living in and around the London Borough of Lewisham and include: community cafe, language learning opportunities, digital inclusion, social activities, keep fit and dance classes, and a place of belonging.

The main activities undertaken by the Church were regular public meetings for worship, prayer, bible study, preaching and teaching the Christian gospel, communion of the Lord's Supper, involvement in overseas mission, evangelism and outreach to the community including the welcome, teaching and encouragement of children and young people, on Sundays and mid-week.

Holding On Letting Go provides support to bereaved children, young people and their families, and those experiencing anticipatory grief in Kent, Medway and SE London. To advance the Greek Orthodox faith, and public education and to provide facilities in the interest of the social welfare, for recreation and leisure time activities with the aim of improving the condition of life for the Greek Orthodox and other Orthodox communities in the London Borough of Croydon and neighbouring Boroughs.

We are a church based pre-school, managed by a committee comprising parent and church representatives. All our employed staff hold early years qualifications or equivalent and the team includes parent volunteers. The facilities used by the pre-school include a large well-equipped hall and a dedicated outdoor play area.
