A Berkshire organisation which supports families, including working directly with children/young people with special needs, disabilities and/or early life trauma, and training professionals working with them. Holistic specialist services: helpline/triage service, workshops/courses, trauma/attachment, sleep, 1:1 work, support groups, transition into adulthood and neurodiverse children's groups.

Chilterns Dog Rescue Society rescues and rehomes dogs who no longer have a home in England & Wales.

- The core activity is the advancement of the Rafida sect.- Promoting the Rafida sect, and bringing its peaceful messages to millions of people, through religious and educational satellite channels and online digital media.- Encouraging dialogue between different faiths / beliefs, and raising awareness of the ideological roots of terrorism in order to save Humanity from its continuous danger.

We are a local charity doing inclusive work with diverse communities. Based on the teachings of Indian Saint Shirdi Sai, we support homeless community with cooked food and essential items, deliver free food parcels to vulnerable families, promote blood donations from ethnic minorities, organize spiritual events for Shirdi Saibaba and celebrate Indian and diverse festivals of various faiths.

Provision of sheltered accommodation for the elderly

To rescue, board and place stray and unwanted dogs in good homes. To continue to care for and protect dogs in need. In line with our non-destruct policy, we endeavour to save abandoned dogs from being put to sleep in the specified areas.

The objects of the branch are to promote kindness and to prevent or suppress cruelty to animals within south Buckinghamshire.

The provision of pre-school nursery education to 2, 3 & 4 year olds in the Amersham area

Courses in basic motor vehicle skills and road user education; specifically targetted at disadvantaged young people; those at risk of disengagement and those with learning and/or other difficulties.

Our principal object is the advancement of Christian faith in accordance with the statement of faith appearing in the schedule hereto in Buckinghamshire and such other part of United Kingdom or the world as the charity trustees may from time to time think fit. Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or learning difficulties (LDD) to live happy, independent lives and providing opportunities for them to have their voice heard. Key to this are our specialist advocacy, sport activities and user-led consultation and quality monitoring service offer to empower people with LDD and ensure they can access the same opportunities as everyone else.

The Circuit provides advice, support and resources to the 10 Churches that form the Circuit and through them undertakes a range of religious activities for the benefit of the general public/mankind.

We provide accommodation in bed-sitting rooms or suites, all with en-suite toilet/shower for 11 elderly people, who provide their own breakfasts and evening snacks. We provide a midday dinner and a meal at 6.30. The house has a large garden, and a pleasant lounge and dining room. There are some social activities.

Since 1982 the Manna House Trust has sought to serve the community by providing access to professional counselling services, accredited courses to students training to be future counsellors and supervisors, and wellbeing workshops, for everyone in Northamptonshire irrespective of faith background or ability to pay. It has also provided a coffee shop, bookshop and flats for the homeless.

WE SUPPORT STAKEHOLDERS, VOLUNTARY SECTOR LEADERS AND VULNERABLE FAMILIES ADDRESSING SOCIAL INEQUALITY LOCALLY. WE WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH CHARITIES & PARTNERS TO ENHANCE OUTCOMES & IMPACTS. OUR OVERARCHING AIM IS TO ESTABLISH BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AS THE HAPPIEST COUNTY IN THE UK.
