We achieve this objective by providing low cost furniture and white goods to those on a limited income, granting furniture and white goods to those in crisis and providing work experience and skills to those facing disadvantage. The charity's overall aim is to better the quality of life for all the residents of the two Chiltern villages of Penn and Tylers Green,including owning and directing a pre-school for local children, promoting concern for and protection of a considerable local heritage, owning 255 acres of local woodland for perpetual conservation and promoting and financially supporting local community projects.

Fundraising - amongst the parents of students and alumni alongside grant applications and requests for donations from relevant trusts.

The charity currently provides support to parents and teachers by running parenting classes, work discussion groups and providing counselling.

The policies adopted in furtherance of the Charity's main object is the running of the home for assisted living known as "Hurstleigh" in Shire Lane, Chorleywood.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

1) The general benefit of the poor persons resident in the parish of Radnage who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress2) The maintenance and repair of the fabric of the village's 12th century Church.3) Support for the educational requirements of children resident in the parish.

Our priniciple aim is to offer pre-school chidlren (2 - 5 years) a safe, happy and stimulating environment where they can develop and enhance their education whilst having fun and making friends with other children and adults.

Raising monies for rowing activities

The Oxford Transplant Foundation has launched a campaign to raise funds towards establishing an Institute of Transplantation in Oxford allowing clinical practice,research and patient care to work in harmony with each other and to enhance the facilities available for Transplant and Renal patients.
