Provision of facilities for Scouting and Guiding in Princes Risborough

Through lived experience, we support family members struggling with an addicted loved one, also those who have lost a loved one in addiction. We provide confidential & non-judgemental peer-led support, via in-person group meetings, 1:1 sessions & an online community. We provide enhanced knowledge & learning through guest speaker sessions. We operate in Milton Keynes, Bedford & Leighton Buzzard.

Leighton-Linslade U3A is a self-help, self-managed lifelong learning co-operative for older people no longer in full time work, providing opportunities for members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun.

The physical and mental training, recreation and social moral and intellectual development through reading and recreation rooms library lectures classes recreations and entertainments or otherwise for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Village of Chartridge and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex or political religious or other opinions.

To maintain and manage West Wycombe village hall.

Fund raising in the UKExpenditure in Kyangala Kenya. New toilet block built for school. In 2013 a fence has also been erected

Fundraising for Brill Church of England Combined School

Owns the land at Banks Park and leases properties on the site. Income is used to maintain the general areas on the site, support the village hall and playing fields at Woodways.

Relief of financial hardship by providiing such items and facilities as are neccessary including food, clothing and medical supplies. Advancement of education by providing and such items, services and facilities as required, particularly for the benefit of young people. Advancement of religion including upkeep of places of worship and holding services.

To advance the education of pupils at Furze Down School by providing or assisting in the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augmentation of such facilities financed by the Local Authority and DFE.

Various fund raising activities including floats at Christmas and Father Christmas collections.

Arrangement of cultural activities - visits to shows (musicals, drama, opera, ballet, etc) or outings to places of interest. Functions may be arranged such as a jazz night, a topical quiz, book sale, etc. A monthly magazine circulated to all members and contains details of our shows & events & diary note of all other local functions notified to us by any other local 'not for profit' groups.

The principal activities of the charity is to provide courses which give access to life long learning to the disabled and visually impaired persons. In the year, the charity had several outing and courses for the disabled and visually impaired person.

Fundraising for St Michael's CE Combined School, Stewkley.

A local choir that provides pleasure for its members and audiences. Most of its performances are money-raising ventures for local and national charities. The membership has very few restrictions: that you must enjoy singing and generally sing in tune!

Maintenance & improvements to the sports & leisure activities for residents of Stewkley Village.

Publication of the annual 'Records of Buckinghamshire', the publication of record for the archaeology and history of Buckinghamshire. The publications of books and pamphlets on subjects of interest to members of the Society and to others having an interest in the archaeology and history of Buckinghamshire. Organising public lectures and visits to places of interest for members of the Society.

The charity provides a museum of local history for Marlow and District, based in the Peacock Room at Court Garden, Pound Lane, Marlow, Bucks.
