The objects of the Friends are to advance the Charitable Objectives of the University of Buckingham by providing support to the University either by agreed monetary donations and / or practical support.

The Charity operates the Private School Fund which is used to collect monies and pay for associated costs relating to trips and residentials and fund raising activities. The Fund also collects donations made to the school by parents or companies.

The Aylesbury Wombles organise and carry out litter picks across the Aylesbury area whilst working with other groups and organisations to make Aylesbury a cleaner place to live, work and play. We work closely with the local council and businesses with the aim to make Aylesbury litter free and strive to educate young people on the impact of littering and how they can make a difference.

FUND RAISING FOR CHILDREN AND ELDERLY OR MEDICAL

The charity gives FINANCIAL GRANTS OR AWARDSto young people under 25 years of age who live in the ecclesiastical parish of Great Missenden, or have attended the Great Missenden Church of England Combined School, and now need some financial assistance. For the educational benefit of the pupils at Tylers Green First School

Acts in advisory only capacity to members. Acts as umbrella organisation and distributes grants to associated organisations.

Providing financial assistance in the training of mainly young persons

The Charity seeks, without discrimination, to assist individuals, groups or organisations, resident in the Parish of Iver Heath, who are unwell, convalescing, or have any other health or related need.The Charity will do so by providing or paying for items, services or facilities that are not readily available or provided by statutory or other bodies.

The Charity runs and operates the Betty Messenger Building in Stokenchurch which is utilised by Stokenchurch Scouts and Guides and by Buckinghamshire Council Children's Services

Support to the State Education of students between 11 - 19 years of age.
