We support people from former Eastern European countries and beyond by partnering with small groups and organisations in the region. Atrial Fibrillation Association is an international charity promoting awareness, information and support for patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and for medical professionals managing the sufferers. AFA was formed in 2007 out of an identified need to have a charity solely dedicated to redressing the issues surrounding the awareness, diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation.

The Blackwood Engineering Trust was established in 2015 with the initial objective of helping sick, disabled and disadvantaged orphan children in UK, Belgium, China and India

NCCT engages in global projects with the aim of conservation, education, poverty relief, relief from natural disasters and wars. The main business of HMC Projects in Central and Eastern Europe is to enable students from the former communist bloc to spend one or two years in a British Independent school in Years 12 and 13.

IUSTI has organised a number of educational events promoting the uptodate management of STIs and genital conditions. The union has campaigned on behalf of patients to the UN and WHO and developed guidelines for the mangement of STI.The Union promotes research.
