Our aim is to freely distribute Bibles/Christian literature for the honour and glory of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost, in obedience to the great commission (Mark 16. 15, 2 Timothy 2. 2). We aim to show compassion to those in need (James 1. 27). Bibles and books are freely distributed in Africa and Asia, with support to an orphanage in Asia.

PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS, GENDER EQUALITY AND RELIEF IN NEED

The African Bird Club gives grants to individuals and groups in African countries to support a wide range of small to medium-sized projects there that benefit the conservation of African birds or their habitats. Our website is the primary online source for all things to do with African birds. We also publish a twice-yearly, peer-reviewed bulletin, and we are developing a series of birding apps.

We hold Weekly Worship,Study and prayer meetings. We endeavour to meet the needs of the low income families in Lambeth tackling poverty,community breakdowns and strengthening families through worship, workshops and advice/ counselling sessions. Our Overseas efforts are aimed at tackling poverty,sponsors,medical supplies and clothes to the communities within Sierra Leone,Uganda and Burundi

We promote and support Christian discipleship:We provide training and support for Anglican dioceses and other denominations in Africa through our Rooted in Jesus programme.We provide support to UK church leaders through our EQUIP programme.We work with local churches to support mission and ministry especially to families.We publish and distribute resource materials.

Raising funds for advancement of education and relief of sickness, poverty and financial hardship of children primarily in Burundi. We focus in particular but not exclusively on providing aid to malnourished children, orphans, street children and children coming from impoverished families. We provide grants and services to charities or other organisations caring and supporting for such children.

The charity supports the work of churches in the UK and East Africa, including the Training for Life programme for young people in Tanzania. It also assist with the university education of Tanzanians whon cannot afford it. It supports job creation through Equity for Africa. IUSTI has organised a number of educational events promoting the uptodate management of STIs and genital conditions. The union has campaigned on behalf of patients to the UN and WHO and developed guidelines for the mangement of STI.The Union promotes research.
