Trust House is a community centre, open to all, offering free support, advice, and guidance to those in need. We have a real heart for people and want to see significant change in the lives of people in and around Bury. Trust House is a safe place to go for food, company, or help.

Emmie's Kitchen provides food and support to parents and carers staying with their poorly child in the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. The offer includes regular hot meals, snack bags and emotional and practical support. Our aim is to improve the physical and mental well being of parents staying in the hospital.

The charity's activities are to advance the Christian religion by initiating, supporting, organising, maintaining, equipping or assisting any work in connection with the teachings of the Christian gospel as contained in our confession of faith.

The charity operates out of the Rollercity Centre in Rochdale. Current activities provided include skating sessions to the public for all age groups , skate school for all age groups to learn to skate, of personal 1:1 skate tuition , dance on skates training and skate fitness sessions.

The charity aims to educate the public on technical matters relating to railways, their construction and maintenance, engines, steam tractions and engineering skills and the importance of the railway in the industrial and social history of the towns and villages on the line from Heywood to Rawtenstall.

Preserve historical, architectural, constructional and natural or scientific heritage may exist in or near to the Rossendale Valley in Lancashire (in the form of buildings of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest or ancient monuments and otherwise as shall be consistent with Valley Heritage's objects).Advance the education of the public in heritage.

Empowerment and support of individuals to realise and enhance their earnings potential to ensure sustainable self sufficiency, by means of educational events, networking events, one-to-one advice, mentoring and interest-free loans

Religious activities including prayer services, Talmud and Bible Classes; social activities for members and others; fund-raising.

Youthstart provides cultural and social activities for ethnic minority youth who would otherwise not be able to access such opportunities any other way.Youthstart has initiated a variety of social activities which have been well attended and met with much success. These include a 3-day-hike in the countrysite, a musical performance, swimming and biking and the publishing of a magazine.

The Church of St Mary the Virgin is on Church Lane, Prestwich, Greater Manchester, England. It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Bury & Rossendale, the archdeaconry of Bolton and the diocese of Manchester. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building.

We now wish to operate Greater Manchester wide, not Bolton, Salford and specifically Little Hulton as previously stipulated.

The team is a voluntary organisation whose objective is to save life and alleviate distress, primarily in upland and mountain areas without cost or obligation. The team also helps the emergency services with search and rescue activities in areas and conditions where they may not have adequate, resources, experience or where our specialist skills are required.

Provides culturally sensitive Day Resource Services for the Indian older people of city wide Manchester and surrounding areas. These include basic Day Care i.e. transport, hot Indian meals, entertainment activities, library, shopping, monthly coach trips, preventative health and rehabilitation services, information & advice.

Springboard is a charity set up for, and by, people with dementia and their carers. The group meets weekly and accepts all ages, but the majority of members are aged 65 and over. There are regular organised trips, recreation and leisure activities, as well as educational talks, support, presentations and promotional events. A 7 day helpline offers advice and support to members.

Supporting the ministry of the Church of England parish of St Andrew's Church in Radcliffe, Manchester; proclamation of the Christian faith; supporting and showing the love of Christ to our local community, including running various groups and a pre-school educational facility; and partnering with other organisations supporting Christian ministry.

The objectives of the charity are the relief of the financial hardship, ill-health, old-age and disablement of people living in Greater Manchester either generally or individually through the provision of Kosher food or sustenance.

CARING FOR PRE SCHOOL CHILDREN AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Manchester Malayalee Association aims; to encourage and provide facilities to help social, cultural and sports activities among the Malayalee (Kerala) community members in Manchester, to contribute to multiculturalism at local, national and international levels, to support activities for the welfare of children, to promote, plan and execute programs for the development of the community.
