To advance the education of children of all ages particularly those with special educational needs, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities and services to meet their educational, developmental and social welfare needs so they can achieve their full potential.

Providing opportunities for regular social contact and for enriching the quality of life for the elderly and the isolated in the community (including young people with mental health, bullying or abuse issues), and providing housing and homeless support, crisis intervention, emergency funds, counselling, advocacy, bereavement support, etc.

Tandem Theatre deliver participatory arts programmes for disadvantaged communities to enhance creativity and appreciation of the arts, facilitate participation with non formal education, improve emotional and mental health and wellbeing, and increase employability skills.

Bury Shopmobility helps people with mobility problems to do their errands in central Bury.

TO RELIEVE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS ENDANGERED BY ACCIDENT OR NATURAL CAUSES TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ARRANGEMENT FOR THE SECURE AND EFFICIENT SEARCH AND RESCUE OF ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS SO ENDANGERED. TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE DANGERS OF MOUNTAINEERING AND OTHER RELATED OUTDOOR PURSUITS AND TO UNDERTAKE PREVENTATIVE PUBLICITY.

Dynamic Support of Greater Manchester is a register charity whose objective are to relieve poverty and distress in Greater Manchester and in Africa; to promote the benefit of BAME women and girls and their dependents; to promote their good health and well being and provide recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare.

The Objective of the Trust is to provide monies towards local charities,sports activities and general worthy causes. ( Local being defined as Rochdale and surrounding Borough )

Promotion of the Christian Religion

We continue to expand our children/youth work/all-age events. We hold youth sports and training sessions (10-20+), drop-in cafe, Mother/Toddler group, kids club, youth clubs, dance/music sessions/workshops, residentials, in addition to various community events throughout the year. We hope to extend our social action and detached/outreach work with youth.in the community.

Grant making trust fund

The objectives of the charity are the relief of the financial hardship, ill-health, old-age and disablement of people living in Greater Manchester either generally or individually through the provision of Kosher food or sustenance.

To further or benefit the residents of Bury and the neighbourhood, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and local authorities, voluntary or other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time

To promote, maintain, improve and advance public education in the Bury metro area by the production of plays and the encouragement of the dramatic arts.

To provide members of the public of all age groups and abilities with the chance to participate in the performing arts, by staging plays, pantomimes and musicals.

PROVIDES EDUCATION AND RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES RELATING TO THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SYNAGOGUES.

1. Improving access to safe and sustainable drinking water;2. Expanding access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene, paying specialattention to the needs of women and girls and those in vulnerable situations; 3. Taking action to promote conservation of the natural environment; improve water qualityby reducing pollution; protect and restore water-related ecosystems.

The prevention or relief of poverty among women and girls in the borough of Bury by providing grants to individuals in need and/or to charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.

Provision of a community centre and free lending library to the residents of Tottington, Walshaw, Affetside and surrounding areas.

A platform to provide the means for the local community to participate in and enjoy amateur theatre and to provide a means of supporting local and national worthy causes agreed by the Theatre Group executive committee. The new trading name of the Group is the JTC (Jewish Theatre Company) although the registered name remains as the New Jewish Theatre Group.

The charity has undertaken a variety of fundraising events including football matches, afternoon teas, a ball as well as our supporters taking part in their own sponsored events.We have used these funds to provide 'Journey Boxes' to teenagers and young adults at the Christie, Manchester from March 2016. They have proved very successful.

Porch Boxes uses gifts from community groups and purchased materials to provide packs of food and basic necessities to vulnerable people in crisis need via their caring referral agencies.

The principal activity of BURY FELLOWSHIP is that of a Church within the Bury and NW Community, advancing the Christian Faith. The Public Benefits they provide include:- 1. feeding the homeless, 2. Providing street pastors, to help vulnerable people, 3. Providing help to marriages and families that are struggling 4.Supporting other charities proclaiming the Christian Faith.
