For the relief of poor persons resident in the Parish of Elton, Bury.

To Advance the Education of persons in the arts, particularly digital media and performing arts. Working with local community groups, Colleges and individual artists to develop skills/training in community drama, video and television production as a pathway to further and higher education and apprenticeships. Support local film/video makers and local artists to develop and promote their work.

The principal object of the charity is to promote such charitable purpose or purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time determine particularly but not exclusively to assist charities for the visually impaired.

The charity makes grants and donations to individuals and organisations within the Borough of Bury as chosen by the incumbent Mayor.

We aim to develop the status of steelbands in the community by providing opportunities for children and adullts to learn how to play steelpans and perform as part of a group. We have purchased pans to make this possible and have also loaned pans to individual to assist their progress.

The charity operates for the benefit of sick and poor persons resident in the Borough of Prestwich, Bury, by making grants to individuals.

The Millennium Green is to make a substantial contribution to the life of the whole community.It is to be enjoyed by people of all ages and physical abiltites and be open to visitors to the locality as well as inhabitants. It is to be an attractive place for people to take air,exercise, meet others, pursue leisure activities and enjoy nature. It is to be available for community events/celebrations

Payment of alms to pensioners living within the old County Borough of Bury at Christmas
