The object of the charity is the advancement of education for the public benefit in the area served by Rock Road Library, in particular but not exclusively by: (a) supporting and promoting library services (b) facilitating educational, cultural and community courses, events and exhibitions in both the library and its garden (c) fostering links to educational, cultural and community organisations.

Maintain an area of land donated to the village for recreational use by the village and a pavilion with utilities. An adult football team and a youth football team regularly use the area. Primarily concerned with paying for the utilities, maintaining the land for recreational use with a goal of creating an all weather games areas for use by the children of the village.

Fundraising for local primary school through various activities such as fetes, quiz nights and discos

The Trust provides funds and facilities to such parties as the trustees feel appropriate, principally the disadvantaged and homeless, and other deserving causes either in Cambridgeshire, nationally or internationally. The Trust also funds research into associated international socio-economic issues

The main aim of the school is to advance the education of the public in dance, music and carnival arts by such means as the Trustees may from time to time determine, in particular but not exclusively through educational programmes, group tuition, rehearsal workshops and performances in dance, music and carnival arts.

FOMP is a Friends of the School Association. The purpose of our association is to engage in activities or provide equipment or facilities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils. We raise money by various means including holding events such as Fetes, Disco's, Crafternoon's and also hold one off sales of gifts for special events such as Mother's/Father's Day.

We are a village hall providing a hall for all local clubs, party weddings and any social function such as line dance, k-fit, whist & dominoes, bingo's and over 60's group.

To improve the self confidence and self esteem of socially and/or economically disadvantaged young people by providing horse riding lessons.

We can be found in the Pyramid Centre at Bretton on Wednesday evenings from 7.30-9.30pm The club has a disco run by members on the first Wednesday of every month, judo classes twice, dance classes once a month. Regular activities include Wii machine, pool table's table games and arts and craft activities. Our members enjoy occasional day trips throughout the year.
