ACE - Friends of St Ives Corn Exchange aims to provide or assist in the provision of recreational facilities and activities for the benefit of residents of St Ives and neighbouring villages in the interests of social welfare. ACE seeks to provide volunteers to run the Corn Exchange building, and to support community groups with advice and assistance in arranging their own events and activities.

To care for unwanted cats and kittens and to rehome where possible, giving a permanent home to disabled or elderly cats. To promote and encourage neutering of cats, offering financial assistance to owners on low incomes. To neuter feral cat colonies and provide veterinary assistance where needed.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Croydon cum Clopton village in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding communities without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. For the purposes of facilitating meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure for the benefit of the local community.

Giving grants and donating money to worthy causes within not only the county of Cambridgeshire but also nationally.

We provide activities to enhance the lives of our members - those with disabilities and the able bodied.

The Trigg Charity provides financial assistance to local schools/persons for their educational benefit.

We provide supplementary equipment and activities to enhance the academic, physical and social education of children at our school.

In pursuing our objectives of developing the skills of young people, particularly in an outdoor environment, we help them gain confidence, learning to work together as teams and take their place in society, through a programme of activities typical in traditional Scouting. Our age range is from 6 years old through to adulthood, operating in a rural area south of Newmarket, Suffolk.

CHA promotes and organises events for the advancement of Indian Culture, Dance, Music and Religions. It works with non-government, government, community groups and education institutes.It also runs elders club so as to keep them active and provides meeting place for socialising. Regular lectures and talks are arranged on topics to keep the community informed on topical issues..

Our Trust fulfils its objectives by making grants to charities and asociated organisations. This is carried out within our area of operation.

The Charity at present is trying to buy two pieces of land within the village, one for a playingfield and one for allotments.

Religious Education in School

The teaching and promotion of traditional Scottish Country dancing and music in the Cambridge and district area.

The Friends of Ridgefield PTA group works with the school, parents, students and the local community toput on a range of events and activities such as school fairs (summer and winter), discos, cake sales, andshopping events where children get to buy presents for their families. Some of these (such as the fairs)are open to members of the local community.

Provide a building for scouts, guides and community groups can run their meetings.

Village Hall

Charities have invested money and hire land for their income.They're income is from the interest of the investments and tenants payments.Grants ore made available to students each year for further education.Each year the trustees meat the local pensioners on benefits and hand out cash to them near christmas

Fundraising to donate money to Bushmead Primary School in St Neots for extra resources and experiences for their pupils. To do this the charity will hold various events such as Christmas fete, Summer fete, Easter bingo, non school uniform days usually on school premises.

Part of the Diocese of Ely, we are a network that supports Christians through friendship, prayer, study and action. We have regular small group meetings, occasional diocese-wide events and one/two (per year) residential retreat weekends. We are affiliated to the British Anglican Cursillo Council.
