The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination. The Church may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

We provide coaching and development to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them find employment and build their confidence and sense of self worth. We run the Spear Programme for up to 90 young people aged 16-24 each year. The programme comprises 6 weeks of training followed by a year of support. 75% of our young people are in work or further training 12 months after the course.

The Covent Garden Area Trust is a charity set up on the abolition of the Greater London Council. Its objects include the conservation of the Covent Garden Area, its architectural character, its buildings and features of historical or architectural interest. By virtue of its 150 year lease, it exercises powers over changes of use and alterations to key buildings known as "the Protected Lands".

Provision of Almshouse accommodation for 8 elderly females in Covent Garden area; making grants to individuals in financial need and/or in ill health, and to organisations that assist such individuals within the Bloomsbury area

The charity works to promote equality for LGBTQ people in Camden and Islington by:- hosting social groups and events which celebrate LGBTQ life in the boroughs- supporting victims of homophobic and transphobic hate crime- offering training and consultancy on LGBTQ equality to local businesses, voluntary and statutory organisations- providing volunteering opportunities for LGBTQ people

West Euston Partnership works jointly with public, private and voluntary sector organisations to address social and economic need in the community and improve the delivery of local services. Through local consultations working to unite and empower a diverse community; addressing health inequalities through health promotion projects; providing access to learning and training through careers advice.

Carrying out the mission of the PCC of St. Saviour Chalk Farm NW3 in line with guidance from the Diocese of London and Church of England.

OYA runs a cluster of projects for African youngsters and their families on a council estate: a supplementary school (English, Maths, Science) for 11-16 years olds, a culture programme (African choir, dance, drama), a trainee scheme (paid Saturday jobs and training in youth work and administration) for 16-18 year olds, and a Family Programme including advice, advocacy and volunteering.

The relief of poverty and distress and the advancement of education of persons resident in Camden and the surrounding area in particular those who are homeless or living in temporary accommodation.

We provide safe and supportive space for all women to meet and reduce isolation; activities aimed towards preventative health, education and Crisis Intervention; Asian and Somali women's group, Irish women's support group, Rape and Sexual Assualt Group,Nurse,CAB surgery,Asian Women's Health Calendar,Workshops, Volunteer's Project, Gardening Project, Massage, Cancer support Classes and Events.

PROVISION OF WATER SPORTS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Friends of the Sick (Chevrat Bikkur Cholim) is an independent charity whose objective is to provide support workers to members of the Jewish Community who are incapacitated through accident, ill-health, old age or any other reason. The Charity strives to achieve this by providing one-on-one support in the homes of members of the Jewish Community who live in the London area.

The Association's objective is the advancing of the education of children attending New End Primary School, Hampstead, London

The charity runs a weekly foodbank in the London Borough of Islington which is open to all residents of of Islington and the surrounding area without the need for referral. Because we are set up to ensure that people with financial difficulties do not go hungry we do not require a referral. Fresh and staple food, essential toiletries and household items are given to individuals and families.

Prayer, liturgy, worship and music, in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England, with a welcoming congregation in a beautiful building. Eucharist (with Children's Church) Sunday 1030am. Regular programmes of support for charities in the neighbourhood and elsewhere, community lunches, social outreach events, and musical events organised by the church and by groups who hire the building.

The Camden Spear Course is a 6-week employment training programme for young people aged 16-24 who are ?NEET?. It addresses the prevailing issues that undermine their potential to succeed in the mainstream economy.

Promoting social inclusion, relieving the needs of those people who are excluded and assisting them to integrate through gardening.Provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare

Emmanuel PCC has the responsibility of cooperating with the priest in charge, Rev'd Dr Catriona Laing, in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It also has maintenance responsibilities for Emmanuel Church.
