The provision of a city centre facility for young people who are suffering socio economic deprivation who require assistance to help and educate them through leisure-time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and their conditions of life may be improved.

As a friends association we organize annual events for the children to take part in. Also events that parents can attend.

To improve for the benefit of the public the route of the old Penrhys Pilgrimage from Llandaff to Penrhys, encouraging use of the path by waymarking, planting and incorporating public art;To advance education of the public in the conservation, preservation and enhancement of the natural and cultural environment to enhance their health, well-being, knowledge and skills.

Provide advice and help to people in need. Introduce, promote and publicise Bengali language, literature, culture and heritage to mainstream society in the Wales and UK. To support orphans and poor people abroad especially in Bangladesh by providing the opportunity for better education and housing.

To promote & advance the musical education of children & young persons under the age of 21 in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area.In particular to advance their knowledge and appreciation of Brass Band Music

The care of all who give their time as vergers and other volunteers within the Church of England.

To advance the education of the pupils at Corpus Christi Catholic High School by the granting of funds to provide and assist in the provision of facilities for education and community use at the school in line with the School Improvement Plan and its strategic priorities
