We have come together to revive the memory of, and spread the word about our very own and nationally very significant suffragist Elizabeth Wolstenholme Elmy who lived in Congleton from 1867 until her death in 1918. Our vision is to ensure that her place in history is known locally, nationally and internationally, and in particular, to create a lasting memorial to her in the town.

Provides music and players for concerts and public events for fundraising for itself and other local charities in the Deeside Flintshire area.

The group is established to advance the education of the public in archaeology in the counties of Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. As a regional group of the Council for British Archaeology, the group also has a consultative role in safeguarding the historic environment in the region and shares in a forum for archaeological opinion.

Manchester 500 Group of Advanced Motorcyclists are affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists. We offer courses throughout the year that help motorcycle riders to reach Advanced Test standard and enable them to take and pass the Test. We also have a social side to the group offering a variety of motorcycle related activities.

Antrobus Women's Institute holds monthly meeting with a speaker covering a wide variety of topics. A number of Institute members have recently received Food Safety Certificates as the Institute helps with the catering at a number of village events.Members also meet socially once a month to visit places of interestWe have a darts team and bowling tea, members night and a Christmas Party & Quiz

Through Rotary International we are involved in the provision of services elsewhere in the world including disaster areas through the provision of Shelter and Emergency boxes, polio eradication, shoe boxes for under-privileged children.

We raise money for the school by organising various fundraising events throughout the school year to purchase items that are not within the budget.
