Scouting activities

Our charity had been set up to raise funds to purchase equipment to enhance every child's education and welfare in St. Nicholas Catholic High School.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

We meet once a month and have a speaker.We have 37 members.We send gifts to a nominated charity at Christmas.We run a cake and produce stall at the Village Fete.We help run the annual Flower and Vegetable Show.We have an outing each summer.We run classes when requested.

To provide services and raise Funds for the benefit of the Community, local, national and international, as the club may agree from time to time.

For the relief of the poor and needy or such other charitable purposes as the club shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.To make grants, donations to individuals, Rotary and other organisations (incl schools, charities, etc. and international relief) and provide human resources (e.g. staff/volunteers) for events including fundraising and community and vocational services.

Advancement of the Christian faith and advancement of education in accordance with Christian principles

1. The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of football and other sports. 2. To act as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 living in Northwich, Cheshire west, and the surrounding areas by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities.

A Learning co-operative of older people which enables members to share many educational,creative and leisure activities.

To hold Fundraising Art Exhibitions and Spiritual Events in order to raise funds and awareness for Fibromyalgia, To run Creative Workshops in Mental Health and Well Being for Chronic pain and Fibromyalgia sufferers. Most activities are held within our church space. We currently operate from West Kirby Spiritualist Church and Madelainartz ONLINE platforms due to Covid Changes.

To make charitable donations to such charitable bodies or institutions at such times and in such manner as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.

Ellesmere Port Concert Brass aims to keep the tradition of the culture and performance of Brass Band music alive, particularly but not exclusively in the boroughs of Cheshire West and Chester and Wirral. To encourage musical education in young people by the provision of musical instruments and funding toward tuition.

Junior school PTA - raising funds for the benefit of all pupils

We do various School themed discos and film nights throughout the school term.We have fundraising events such as an Easter Hamper raffle and a Christmas Hamper raffle.We fund raise to enable the children to attend several school trips each year.Cake sales, several sporting events and the summer sports day also take place to raise money.

We raise funds to provide and maintain exercise and medical equipment to enable local people who have experienced cardiovascular illnesses to continue their NHS rehabilitation programmes for an unlimited period of time in a safe and structured environment at supervised gyms operated at Community Fire Stations within the Wirral peninsula.

To support retired teachers who have taught in Church of England schools in the Diocese of Chester and are communicant members of the Church and to support those who have taught in a Church of England Church in the Diocese for at least five years.

To provide a centre for social interaction and activities and organise courses of instruction, lectures and other educational activities.

Fund raising events to support the financing of extra equipment for school and to subsidise educational visits, outings and events.

Fund raising activities to give the children the extras not covered by the LEA budget. We are currently raising funds for class activities including residential visits.
