Our activities involve the management and maintenance of buildings and facilities, including the Community Hall, on behalf of the community of Rhossili. We also make our facilities available to the wider community. Our facilities are accessible.

Our aims are to advance the education of the public in matters relating to the history, natural environmental and social and cultural development of Pontardawe and the surrounding areas and of their inhabitants

Religious church services - pentecostal in nature

In accordance with Sea Cadet regulation, our aim is to help young people towards responsible adulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct using a nautical theme based on the customs of the Royal Navy, also providing adventure training under the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.

We support the village football club, predominantly the junior section running activities to drive fitness within our members and the wider community and raising funds to provide equipment and ongoing activities

Helping disabled people and their carers to live as full and enriching a life as possible through the provision of training and recreation at a central resource centre in the City and County of Swansea

WE OFFER AFFORDABLE TRANSPORT TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN A TEN MILE RADIUS OF YSTRADGYNLAIS.WE ARE ABLE TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT WALES

We are a theatre group run for children, young people and adults with physical and learning disabilities, based in Swansea. We work with young people from Swansea and surrounding communities.

The principal activity is the advancement of the Christian religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with the statements belief contained in the Church Constitution and Confession of Faith. Public worship of God. The teaching of Scripture. Evangelism.

BWG Swansea CAP provides debt advice in partnership with the national charity Christians against poverty, which can be accessed through the national phoneline or website. It is planning to hold Money Coaching courses to help people learn budgetting and personal financial management. It works in the Swansea area.

The principal activity of the GMD continues to be that of the provision of means of social engagement and recreational activities, emotional and mental wellbeing, training and support for the Deaf and their friends. In addition the protection and promotion of the welfare and interests of the profoundly deaf in the three counties of Glamorgan, without religious or other distinction.

Support of very sick and old poor priests so that they do not become a burden on others or the state.

This years activities have included many trips, parties, playing pool card, games, Easter parade, Christmas Service attended by approx 170 people, The activities vary in the various clubs as the people with dementia and their carers lead in the choice of what they wish to do. It must be their enjoyment and relaxation that is paramount.

GENERATION OF RENTAL & INVESTMENT INCOME FOR DISTRIBUTION TO RELEVANT RECIPIENTS UNDER THE TERMS OF THE TRUST DEED, TO ASSIST RELEVANT GROUPS/INDIVIDUALS WHERE REQUIRED.

Parish Hall provides a facility for sports, social and educational activities for all ages and abilities to people living in the local communities.

A youth organisation for people interested in the rural community aged between 10-26 years old.

Loughor Inshore Rescue is a declared asset with the Maritime & Coastguard agency and primarily provides an Inshore Lifeboat. The Lifeboat provides the community with sea and coastal Rescue Services in and around the Loughor Estuary. The Crew also provide Flood Search & Rescue capability to the surrounding communities & Safety talks to schools.

The Athletic Club Limited is Owner of the land and various buildings. This site is used by the Rugby Club, Cricket Club and Lawn Green Bowls

We continued to work to advance Christian Worship for the benefit of the public in accordance with Biblical Teachings and in the tradition of the Welsh Non Conformists. We held regular weekly services and additional activities. We continue to work with CADW to secure the future of the Grade listed building in which we worship.We supported other charities and voluntary bodies.

THE CHARITY IS SET UP TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS FOR THE CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL BOTH CURRENT AND FUTURE, AND THEIR PARENTS.

Worship Services on Sundays, Parent& Tots Group, Kids Club, Youth Groups, Ladies Group and work in the community of Newton Swansea

Promotes the well-being of families by developing prayer and spiritual growth, studying family life, marriage and their place in society resourcing members to take practical action to improve conditions for families both nationally and in the communities in which they live.
