Promotion of any charitable purpose which will encourage the exercise of and maintain the standards of crafts both ancient and modern, preserve and improve craftsmanship and foster, promote and increase the interest of the public particularly in the County of Cornwall.

Trelowan Preschool provides early years care and education for children aged two to five years old.

We help people of all ages, including those with mental health issues and those recovering from substance mis-use, to benefit from experience sailing on traditional sailing craft and maintaining the craft. This is achieved using the sailing vessels "Tectona" and "Olga", operated by our subsidiary not for profit company Sailing Tectona CIC.

Fund raising to provide equipment and comforts for patients at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Truro and Volunteers to welcome and guide patients through the Hospital, to provide tea and coffee services to patients awaiting appointments, a library trolley and a Friends Coffee Shop providing tea, coffees and other refreshments

Support displaced Yezidis, mostly through a school project in Sinjar, Iraq.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups.

The Newquay Dramatic Society performs stage productions (amateur dramatics) for the benefit of the people of Cornwall and visitors to Cornwall from other parts of the country. Newquay Dramatic Society also hires its theatre to other performing groups, community groups and acts in order to widen its range of cultural events.

Advancement of heritage by preserving of Pengersick Castle for the public benefit, maintaining and enhancing The Castle its associated buildings, historic contents and surrounding grounds. Providing for the education of the public in the historic heritage of The Castle: restoring the gardens; and extending by purchasing adjoining buildings and/or land formerly part of The Castle.

Formed in 1977 with the object of promoting the welfare of the elderly within Bude, and the surrounding areas detailed in our constitution, in any manner that is or may become charitable. Currently that involves operating a subsidised hospital car scheme and a subsidised shopping scheme supported by income from donations and a charity shop.

Early Years education and care for children aged 2-4 years old.Support/advice for parents and carers.

The methodist church is a religious organisation that employs ministers of the church to perform religious services weddings funerals etc .7 methodist churches formed into the saltash methodist circuit .The Saltash methodist circuit collects the finances from the smaller churches to pay the expenses incurred

The Charity assists operators of preserved railways to allow students, visitors and the local population to understand the workings and importance of those railways, and to re-create the historical scene for the benefit of educational and recreational needs.

Based on Polzeath Beach, provides training and competition in lifeguarding skills in the sea and on land, ages 8 and upwards.

New Street Church CIO seeks to create a thriving church community that attracts and supports all ages including families and the student generation and has at its heart a desire to spill out of its own walls to proclaim good news, serve its community, to resource and bless other churches and to be the catalyst for growth in discipleship, evangelism and community-building.

Preschool / Playgroup

Worship and prayer; learning about how and what the Bible means in today's culture. Growing mature and new Christians in their faith and encouraging the sharing of personal faith. Pastoral care takes place through the house groups as people grow and serve each other. Outreach work is part of the mission and this is conducted by members of the church both within the building and events outside.

Throughout this financial year the activities we have put on to raise money are,car treasure hunt,foot treasure hunt, participation in village Fun Day, childrens' events in holiday times, bonfire night event, rounders match, our annual quiz, annual childrens christmas party and evening discos. We also hire out the main hall for parties, lectures, training sessions etc.

MAKES GRANTS TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS (MUSEUMS, GALLERIES, SCHOOLS, CHARITIES) TO ASSIST THEIR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES THROUGH EVENTS, TALKS, RESEARCH PROJECTS RELATED TO WIDENING ACCESS TO APPRECIATION OF HISTORY AND PRACTICE OF FINE AND APPLIED ARTS IN CORNWALL.

Grants to provide financial support to places of worship and those involved in the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ

Creating a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for children and their families in hospital or at home.The charity works alongside specialists to purchase equipment and refurbish areas to support not just those children who because of illness or disability find themselves in hospital for treatment but also their families who want to be with them because time is just that precious.

The Trust owns these historic woodland gardens, listed Grade 2*, based on a design by Humphrey Repton which adjoin Antony House, Cornwall (a National Trust property), which are regularly open to the public. The gardens are also used for the purposes of research, with a view to furthering the study and science of botany and the improvement of the methods and practice of horticulture.

To train and educate all members of our community Surf Life Savinf skills and support our RNLI Lifeguards with voluntary patrols and future lifeguards.
