Working in Looe and South East Cornwall we operate a youth and community hub. We run youth activities, a drop in welcome space, deliver meals to those in need twice a week and bring people together for a monthly community meal, operate a hardship fund on behalf of the town and run a food distribution service in conjunction with Liskeard and Looe Foodbank.

PORTREATH PRE SCHOOL IS DEDICATED T0 PROVIDING AN ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN WHERE THEY CAN LEARN THROUGH PLAY. OUR AIM IS TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THIS COMMUNITY GROUP

The object of the charity is to advance the education of children and young people in the area of benefit. Financial assistance is given to both Fowey Primary School & Fowey River Academy (previously Fowey Community College) and individual students under the age of 25 who qualify for awards in the form of annual bursaries and grants.

We seek to advance the Anglican Christian faith in Fowey by weekly church services & Bible teaching groups. We arrange Christian teaching & recreational activities for young people. We offer pastoral care to our members & our community through advice, visits and grants. We undertake mission & evangelism in Fowey & beyond. We provide grants to other Christian organisations in the UK & beyond.

Activities: Millpool Centre - a quality community space for all ages; Community News - bi-monthly publication; ; the Looe Festive lights and fireworks - fund-holder for improvements; Enterprise House - property rental.Projects: Looe Skatepark, Looe Valley Trails walking/cycling; Looe Coastal Communities Team in partnership with other organisations.

Dartmoor Search & Rescue Team (Tavistock) provide search & rescue services for the Police and Ambulance services for Dartmoor and the surrounding rural area. The team searches for and recovers missing persons of all ages and circumstances, such as youth groups, the elderly, despondents and those with dementia, and provides first aid and rescue cover for Ten Tors and similar events.

Arranges artistic events and workshops and operates a gallery open to the general public.
