The Friends of Kennall Vale School are a dedicated group of parents and community members who work together to enrich the educational experience for our children. In our small school community, their efforts have a profound impact, providing additional resources and opportunities that benefit every student and greatly enhance what we can offer.

Management of Warleggan Jubilee Hall and holding of fundraising events to support running costs of the hall

The Society's New Series publications cover aspects of Westcountry political, social, religious, economic and maritime history. The Society publishes an annual volume which is sent to members on publication. Non-members may also purchase volumes. The Society's Collection of source material, mainly transcriptions of parish registers, is held at the Devon Heritage Centre for public use.

The charity monitors planning applications and responds in the interest of protecting Cornwall's rural environment against inappropriate development.

Cornwall Concert Orchestra promotes the education and playing of classical music - providing opportunities for the public and non-professional musicians to participate in a range of musical activities.

The charity will organise; Whistdrives, Dances, Coffee mornings. Provides equipment for Darts, Badminton. Skittles. The hall is used for Dog Training, Badminton by 2 clubs, Zumba classes, U3A clubs, also Election Polling station.Meetings of various local organisations for both recreation and business, as well as by the villagers for parties and family events.

The Chapter of Canons is a college of priests, whose role is to celebrate the more solemn liturgical functions in the Cathedral and to support the life of the diocese in their prayers.Statutes of the Plymouth Diocesan Chapter 1.2For the purposes of civil law the object of the Chapter is "Divine Worship in the Roman Catholic Cathedral of Plymouth and matters connected therewith".Statutes 1.5

Our main activity is to establish a temporary home for Christian Mission workers and Christian ministers and leaders (whether ordained or not), who in the opinion of the trustees require accommodation upon such terms and conditions as the trustees shall seem appropriate.

A small group of parents and teachers who give up their own time to help with school fundraising and publicity events. Monies raised are allocated to projects in order to improve school facilities and encourage student interests and participation.

Mullion in Bloom is a group of volunteer garden enthusiasts who work together with Mullion Parish Council to create and maintain the floral displays throughout the village, as well as maintaining several green spaces and car parks within the village centre.

Largely, but not exclusively, helping local charities and groups in Somerset and the South West.

Breathe is a faith based charity building local communities in Penwith, West Cornwall and beyond.initially in Penzance we are now represented in Truro and Porthleven with desire to serve communities across the UK. As a faith based organisation we run creative focused alternatives to traditional church, encouraging people to encounter God through creative means. Many people have found God here.

Our catchphrase is "Community support for those living with dementia". We provide a fortnightly Cafe for dementia sufferers and their carers to meet other individuals and volunteers so as to share experiences and signpost where support may be found. We also provide outings and other functions for their enjoyment. There is a support fund run by the trustees to assist carers as needs arise.

Provision of assistance to the young and elderly in the area covered by Bodmin Rotary Club through grants and donations and also contributions to the Rotary Foundation Charity.

To promote and develop the art of choral music in all its aspects, to help and assist various charitable bodies by presenting choral concerts in order to raise funds for them.

Support of past & present RNLI crew members and their dependants

Provision of a meeting place for the community, together with activites to bring people together e.g. pasty suppers, bingo, fitness classes, duck races etc. The purpose being to combat loneliness and encourage people to enhance their way of life and improve the village as a place to live.
