Serving the church in Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly in word ministry without forgetting the wider needs of the church. We support the church by: Biblical languages training (Hebrew and Greek, in partnership with Tyndale House, Cambridge) and MOCLAM (Moore College Extension in Latin America), as well as ad hoc support for churches.

To relieve hardship amongst current and former members of the Institution and their families and dependants and former employees of the Institution, in accordance with any grant making policy of the Charity.

RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS, PARTICULARLY FOR CHILDREN.

The advancement of health or saving of lives, the general public/mankind, provides services, religious activities, the prevention or relief of poverty, general charitable purposes, provides advocacy/advice/information.

Supporting smallholder fish farming activities (marine and freshwater, fish, shellfish and plants) together with assisting their growth and development by co-operative and other structures. Providing technological input covering all areas of aquaculture and assisting the education and development of resource poor fish farmers and their organisations and structures both in country and remotely.

We work to energise and galvanise the travel and tourism industry, and the travelling public, to build The Charitable Travel Fund to provide tangible grant aid for communities in worldwide travel destinations that depend on tourism income but have little support when that income is threatened or extinguished by events beyond expectation or control. In essence our support starts when tourism stops.

1)To advance the religion of Islam by enlightening others mainly through distributing copies of the Quran (including translations to other languages). 2)By distributing the Manzoom Tarjuman Quran, a direct translation of the Quran in the language Urdu in poetry style. It is not simply a translation of the Quran, but is written in a poetry format without adding certain words to translate the Quran.

The Dai Rees Foundation (DRF) is a charitable organisation made up of UK based registered Paramedics. Our aim is to provide assistance to remote and rural locations across the globe by increasing health awareness, facilitating emergency medical training and donation of medical equipment. The DRF will also act as a trust and provide financial and logistical support to similar projects.

Promotes Human Rights ( defined in UDHR, UN Charter and conventions, including emerging HR, such as the environment) as a path to peace, human security, disarmament, protection of the planet and particularly the rights of women globally. Poliphonia is an UK based charity with the purpose of promoting the classical music of the Americas. We promote concerts in the UK with repertoire from composers from the Americas, sponsor young players interested in learning this repertoire, restore music still in manuscript form to facilitate performance and produce recordings and film of performances and educational content.

Through attending simulated UN conferences, students act as ambassadors, representatives, and national leaders of their assigned countries whilst debating a variety of issues in a manner consistent with the procedure of the real UN.

The society was founded in 1982 to promote friendship between the UK and the republics of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Belize. It organises lectures, social events, and fundraising events in collaboration with the embassies and sometimes with other charities. It also has a programme of small donations for charitable projects in the region.

The charity provides relief to the vulnerable people of our society globally by providing them necessities inlcluding food, clothing, education, health and medications. The charity also helps in environmental acitivities in order to tackle our climatic issues.

The NUHA Foundation runs a free annual writing competition, known as the Blogging Prizes. This is designed to promote thinking and sharing around questions of education, in an inclusive manner that supports the self-confidence of participants, including non-native speakers of the competition language.
