The main objective of the Church is to promote and advance the christian religion..To achieve this objective, the church's main activities are church services; preach, equip, and release people into missionary work; engaging in activities to relieve poverty ; helping vulnerable members in the society, etc.

Participation in this non-party-political group helps older people in Sutton and surrounding areas overcome social isolation by monthly forum meetings, outings and other activities; the group also conducts research and campaigns on relevant issues, representing member's views on local decision-making committees.

Educating on the history of London Croydon Airport from World War One until closure in 1959. Conservation of buildings and structures associated with the former airport. Operation of a micro-museum and archives of artefacts of associated people, organisations and items associated with London Croydon Airport and relating to Amy Johnson, Imperial Airways and key interwar aviation figures.

Providing grants for educational purposes to individuals in financial need, and to organisations for the advancement of religion in accordance with the doctrines, practices and principles of the Church of England, within the ecclesiastical parish of St John the Baptist, Croydon.

In Anyplace School/ College, to advance the education of pupils/ students by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for the education of pupils/ students at the school/ college.

The provision of free legal advice to persons living in a South East London postcode.

OUR CHARITY RAISES FUNDS TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE THE FACILITIES NEEDED TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT EDUCATION TO CHILDREN ATTENDING SMITHAM PRIMARY SCHOOL.

Traditional choral society, with several public performances and Come and Sing Days every year in and around the Croydon area.

ORGANISATION OF VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ELDERLY, HOUSEBOUND AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN CROYDON. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SHOPPING BUSES, LUNCH CLUBS, EXTEND EXERCISE CLASSES, SOCIAL EVENTS, TRANSPORT TO HEALTH APPOINTMENTS, CLINICS AND HOSPITALS, BEFRIENDING AND NON TECHNICALADVICE SERVICES. SMALL DOMESTIC ODD JOBS ALSO UNDERTAKEN BY VOLUNTEERS. WE DO NOT MAKE FINANCIAL GRANTS

STAGING DRAMA AND MUSICAL PRODUCTIONS

The Committee exists to oversee water activity training for members of the Scout and Guide Associations in Kent, East Sussex and south-east London. We run sailing, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing courses during the summer months at Bewl Reservoir. We also run a coastal sailing course at Whitstable and a white water kayaking course in Wales each year.

Making grants to other charities engaged in the relief of children in need by reason of ill-health, disability or financial hardship; helping young artists to develop their careers in musical theatre; protecting animals indigenous to the UK or providing a welfare environment for displaced domestic animals; and, occasionally, supporting major charities at the time of an international emergency.

Raises money through school fairs, discos and other social events. Provides the money to help provide equipment and learning experiences for the pupils of the school.

To help and assist in re-homing Springer Spaniels to good approved homes , to aid and advise owners with problems with Springer Spaniels especially to help an owner to keep their dog rather than re-home it where appropriate . To ensure that the dogs recieve any veterinary care required before re-homing , assess the welfare requirements of the dogs and advise prospective new owners accordingly.

Food bank service for the community

We provide accommodation for young people who are members of the Guide Association to hold camps, trainings and outdoor activities. Our members come from all over SE England.
