Administration and continuance of the Welfare House, Llangollen as a community facility

providing facilities for local people that wish to run community activities.

Supporting the work of the Canolfan Gerdd William Mathias and organising musical events for the benefit of members and residents of Gwynedd and Anglesey in particular.

We perform operas, operettas and other musical events to local audiences in community venues in Merseyside and around. These are normally sung in English and by amateur singers. We also arrange master classes and other educational events to help our performing members, and the general public, develop their musical and dramatic skills and their understanding and appreciation of musical drama.

The Rhiwlas Centre provides facilities for physical, social, cultural and recreational activities, with attention to the provision of leisure time activities for young people.The Rhiwlas Centre has facilities for daytime and overnight bunkhouse style accomodation for youth groups, Christian Groups, language classes and courses; as well as talks, concerts, Twmpaths and local society meetings.

To advance the study of ornithology and public education in ornithology and related matters through bird-ringing in Merseyside and district.

Provision of social and recreational activities for stroke survivors and their carers living in the Abergele area.

Upkeep and maintenance of Ruthin Ambulance Hall, which was built for use of the St John Ambulance & Red Cross Groups as well as other community groups.

Therapy Stars Foundation awards grants to children under 18 years of age who are living with long-term disabilities and their families, living within Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid or North Wales. The grants are for them to access various recognised therapies.

Relief of PovertyelderlyYouth

A charity set up in Georgian times to provide financial assistance to poor elderly people in England & Wales. Small annual grants are made.

TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE AGED, DISABLED AND POOR RESIDENTS OF QUEEN ELIZABETH COURT, AND IN PARTICULAR, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE CARE, RECREATION, AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR LIFE.

The primary activity and focus in recent years has been about the construction and maintaining of a new Pavilion in the village of Llannefydd which was completed in early 2015 and making it available for use by parishioners of Llannefydd and surrounding areas. A number of fundraising activities have been undertaken throughout the year which have been greatly supported by the village parishioners.

Rhyl Sea Cadets is a uniformed youth Organized Charity.

Arrange annual holidays for 10/12 gentlemen who cannot afford holidays from their own resources.

We act as Community First Responders and attend patients who have made an emergency call to the Ambulance Service. We provide the necessary immediate care until additional clinical resources arrive.

To promote and provide play, leisure and green open space facilities for the children and community of Llanferres.

To advance the education of the public in general and particularly, amongst professional and amateur historians, architects and archaeologists and local communities on the subject of pre-1750 buildings in North Wales, where possible using dendrochronology (tree ring dating); and to promote research into the history of such buildings by volunteers and specialists; and to publish the results.

Acquisition of items relating to electronic communication. Maintain a public exhibition to house items relating to electronic broadcasting. Promotion of interest and knowledge of the history of broadcasting in Wales and to explain its importance in the struggle for Welsh National survival. Collection of oral histories. Organising talks and events related to radio broadcasting.

Local/county history study group for Denbighshire

We provide tapes for the blind and partially blind. Contents range from discussions with local community members to cultural and historical topics.

To advance education by the provision of a dedicated creative centre for interdisciplinary, dramatic, performing, visual and digital arts; and to promote and develop community arts initiatives and projects. To work with the communities of Llanberis and the surrounding area.To provide opportunities through the mediums of Welsh and English; To provide a versatile and well equipped performance space.
