Focused on rebuilding our membership, stabilising our members interests and abilities. A full and busy programme kept the band active throughout the year. Also working with the Councils in local events to help attract more interest in our movement and hopefully build up our membership.Having amalgamated members from the now defunct Eastwood band in the hope of sustaining our long term future.

Supporting Medical Education

To help disadvantaged people within the village

Grants - but mainly dormant at present

Running and maintaining free public community libraries, to include loaning books and other items, providing access to computers and the internet, offering educational events and other activities commensurate with a public library for the benefit of the residents of Derby and the surrounding areas.

Provides support to members of Derby Mountain Rescue Team, a charity which saves lives and alleviates distress mainly in upland and mountainous areas and which additionally undertakes searches of lowland and rural areas for missing persons when requested by the Police.

We raise money to allow children and young people with autism and similar conditions to access equine assisted therapeutic learning. We operate in the East Midlands.
